Summary
The Coordinator, Direct Marketing Acquisition will report to the Associate Director, Acquisition Direct Marketing & Telemarketing with a team goal of acquiring new donors and supporters for Save the Children, enabling us to create lasting change for children around the world. This person will help coordinate and support all aspects of the direct mail, telemarketing and mid-level acquisition programs. This includes coordinating schedules and communications with our vendors, reviewing, updating and overseeing logistics related to creative and data information, as well as outside lists to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all campaigns.
This position will interact with external vendors as well as internal departments throughout the division and Agency.
What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties)
Supporting the Associate Director, Acquisition Direct Mail and Telemarketing 30%:
Support Successful and Accurate Data Implementation and Campaign Execution 30%:
Coordination of the Creative Process (20%):
Invoice Coding and Tracking for Campaigns (5%):
Support Sr. Director & Associate Director Acquisition, on other ad-hoc projects as needed (15%)
