Tasks and responsibilities of volunteer Project Coordinators include:
a. Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
b. Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings where necessary.
c. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
d. Provide analytical support to Manager in executing assigned projects.
Qualifications for Project Coordinators include ability and skill to assist in designing projects, formulating budgets and effective participation and engagement in strategic meetings.
Past experience in project design, coordination, community service and proposal writing an added advantage.
