Summary 

The Strategy and Transformation Delivery department within the Office of the President works across the Agency to align, enable and support the development and implementation of our strategy. The team is responsible for the delivery of large and complex, transformational projects. It builds capacity to help our people lead and navigate change, and focus our resources on the most important work. The Summer Intern will help drive a culture of Continuous Improvement, project management and change management approaches and improve knowledge management systems in the Office of the President.

 

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Impact

  • Support the development of SCUS Project Management Resources
  • Managing Project Management documents on SaveNet (SharePoint based intranet) resources site, including document libraries – optimizing user-friendliness
  • Support with updating of all SCUS CI and ADI resources (training materials) in line with the global repackaging to include Change Management and Project Management
  • Supporting the capturing and sharing of best practices, success stories and lessons learned within Transformation PMO

Required Qualifications

  • Must be an actively enrolled Associate, Bachelor, Master or other post high school education program, or have graduated within 6 months of intern program start date
  • Possess strong written skills, solid interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Currently eligible to work in the U.S.

Part-time: 16-24 hours per week
