The Canadian Red Cross Society (CRCS), a non-profit, humanitarian organization is seeking a Senior Business Partner
to join our People Services Department for Atlantic Canada Operations

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, People Services Operations, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure the integration of People Services (PS) strategy and programs with business strategy. You will work closely with the leaders of the assigned client group to drive strategic talent priorities, strong workforce management, engagement, organizational effectiveness and change. You will build and manage a team of employees and volunteers who will support the day to day program needs as well as in times of emergency response across Canada.
